It is the unique text-only typographic treatment of the business name to make it identifiable as the brand identity or logo. The new branding was designed for clarity, and uses custom typography and capitalization to create visual distinction between the company and app. Some well-known iconic wordmarks are for example Coca-Cola, Google, and SONY. There are a lot of different type-styles used for wordmarks the most common being script, sans-serif, and serif.
